Abstract
The article examines the formation of the strategic management system of the enterprise in the conditions of digitalization. The peculiarities of the introduction of modern digital technologies in all sectors of the economy are determined. It was concluded that the reforms regarding the implementation of digital technologies allow reaching a new high-quality level of service provision and reducing the cost price. And the digitalization process itself represents the birth, transformation, introduction of new digital technologies and modifications in various spheres of activity. It is substantiated that the introduction of digital technologies contributes to increasing the competitiveness of various sectors of the global economy, creates new opportunities for enterprises to connect them to the digital global chain, and accelerates the introduction of new digital goods to the world market. After all, the development of digital management processes at enterprises helps to increase the efficiency of the functioning of enterprises as a whole by increasing the speed, accuracy and quality of management decision-making. Therefore, the use of digital technologies in the management of the enterprise in today's conditions is a complex of anti-crisis and anti-cyclical measures for the management of the enterprise, the application of the concept of digitalization of planning and management of economic activities of economic entities. The mechanism of application of digital technologies in today's conditions is aimed at coordinating the functioning and development of all links of the economic and management system, which equalizes productive forces and economic relations; – a set of specific forms of management, organizational and institutional systems, methods and levers of regulation of economic, production and social processes. Therefore, based on the fact that enterprises are the core of the digital transition of the country's economy, the strategic aspects of enterprise management on the basis of digitalization are revealed. It has been established that strategic management is determined by the presence of certain elements, with the help of which it is possible to assess and simulate the future situation at the enterprise, identify the need for transformational changes and develop a development strategy, using reliable methods and implementing the strategy in the practical activities of the enterprise
